Thank you for your interest in speaking at the Printables Marketing Summit. I’m so excited to team up with you to pull off an incredible event!

The Printables Marketing Summit is a free 4-day event where attendees will learn how to create a manageable marketing plan for selling more printables regardless of platform–their blog, Shopify, Etsy, or TpT.

The Printables Marketing Summit will run from November 4th through November 7th, 2025. Presentations will include 20-30 minutes of content (with up to a 3-minute freebie pitch).

Along with the presentations, there will be a Facebook group for attendees to have fun in, hold each other accountable, and ask questions. 

The week before the summit starts, I’ll be posting about each of you in the group with links to your website and your freebie.

On the day of your presentation, a post will be created for questions. Having all of them together in one thread should make it easier for you.

You’re welcome to go live in the Facebook group for a bit of an encore to answer those questions, connect with the attendees, and provide even more value.

Leading up to the summit, we’ll have two weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! I'll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promo easy to outsource to a VA.

During the promotion phase, as the summit is running, and for a week after the summit is complete, we’ll also be promoting the VIP Ticket. This includes:

  • An all-access pass for the replays
  • One month free trial to Printables and More Club
  • Private podcast feed of the presentations
  • Application for a hot seat where we’ll review the marketing plan for those selected to participate
  • $50 gift card to Printables & More Club shop to purchase templates that are applicable to their specific audience
  • Networking session so you can meet other printables sellers
  • 2 Coworking sessions to help you create your 90-day marketing plan
  • Plus any bonuses contributed by our speakers

This will provide immense value to our attendees, while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions and grow your email list. Yay!

After the summit, I will offer my Printables and More Club membership to attendees who have shown interest. You will earn a 25% commission on any sales from attendees you’ve referred, which will come to a payout of $11.75 per sale for each month the purchaser remains a member.

So this all sounds great, but what kind of work does it require of you? Let’s chat about it!

1. Basic Information

The first thing I’ll need is some basic information from you so I can finish up our registration page and Speakers page.

Once you give me the thumbs up that you’re in, I’ll send you a link where you can upload all this information easily.

2. Presentation

Next up is your presentation! This is a 20-30 minute pre-recorded presentation that is meant to be more friendly and casual than perfect and structured. We want our attendees to learn something great, while having fun in the process.

Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to walk away feeling like they've really learned something, rather than a webinar format where they feel like they're missing something that they need to buy from you asap.

With that being said, you have your choice of the following presentation formats:

  • Slides
  • No slides (just your gorgeous/handsome face)
  • A mixture of the two

No matter what format you choose, you are free to use your presentation however you’d like in the future.

Your presentation should include great, actionable content. Here’s the suggested format:

  • A quick introduction (3 minutes or less)
  • An overview of your topic
  • Where people go wrong with your topic and tend to overcomplicate it
  • Teaching section
  • Specific action steps (with the goal of simplifying their existing process)
  • Up to a 3-minute freebie pitch

Presentations are due by October 13, 2025.

3. VIP Ticket Contribution

The VIP Ticket will be a huge addition to the presentations we’re running. To make it even more valuable and to give you an additional way to grow your email list, I’ll ask each of you to provide one resource to add. This includes things like:

  • Templates
  • Workbooks
  • Courses (big or small)
  • 1-month memberships
  • eBooks

Note: I expect this to convert well so I do not recommend contributing any 1:1 offers.

It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate.

Anyone who does contribute a premium resource will get a 50% affiliate commission on sales, rather than 40%. It’s also an opportunity to collect hundreds of extra email addresses as attendees claim your offer.

We cannot accept freebies or percentage-off offers.

Information for these resources is due on September 29, 2025. You'll receive a questionnaire to fill out closer to that time to make passing the information to me nice and simple.

Attendees will be able to start claiming your bonus right when registration opens on October 15, 2025.

4. Promotion

The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.

Because of that, everyone is encouraged to share on social media and to email their lists during the promotion period, starting on October 20, 2025. You may promote as often as you like, but I would ask that you send one solo email and post once on your favorite social media.

You’ll want to share using your affiliate link (which you can set up here) so you can get in on the 40% commission that will come from any VIP Ticket sales (50% if you've contributed a premium bonus).

5. Live Participation

And last comes participation during the week of the event. Since we’ll already have done the work of creating the presentations and extra resources, we’ll be able to sit back and relax for the most part!

All I ask is that you pop in the Facebook group to answer any questions posted in your presentation thread.

You’re not limited to just that–you can pop in any time to post, comment, or even go live. When you’re active in the group, the attendees are more likely to watch your presentation, visit your website, and sign up for your freebie.

While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?

That’s exactly why I’ve set up an affiliate program for the VIP Ticket where you’ll receive a commission from all sales from traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made by November 21, 2025.

The commission structure is as follows:

  • 40% for all speakers
  • 50% for all speakers who include a premium bonus

The pricing structure will be:

  • $77 for 15 minutes after initial registration
  • $97 from 16 minutes after initial registration until midnight November 3, 2025
  • $127 from November 4, 2025 until November 14, 2025

To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.
